Jack Minns

Jack has specialised in Corporate Finance since joining Larking Gowen in 2013 from a national accountancy firm, where he worked as a senior business advisor and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2011.

He advises a wide range of clients on business sales, acquisitions and management-buy-outs (“MBOs”) with deal values typically, but not exclusively, ranging between £500k and £20m. Jack also holds the ICAEW Corporate Finance qualification having passed with distinction in 2017.

In addition to his work as a lead advisor on transactional work, Jack also specialises in share and business valuation cases, often acting as expert, and is a member of the Expert Witness Institute.

Outside of work, Jack is the Trustee Finance Director at Corton House Limited, a charitable 42-bed care home and sheltered accommodation provider in the centre of Norwich.
