VAT training for independent schools

On 12 November 2024, VAT Director Gillian McGill led training for independent schools ahead of the requirement to be VAT registered from 1 January 2025. Gilly provided an overview of how the tax works with respect to independent schools, the VAT compliance obligations schools will need to follow, and how to prepare VAT returns.
