Tourism Business Survey 2023

The Tourism Business Survey was back for 2023, and the results were revealed at a seminar at Applewood Hall on Tuesday 25 April.

The survey is designed to gain valuable insights into the performance and practices of businesses in the Tourism and Leisure industry in East Anglia, and participation from business leaders in the sector, is critical to its success.

Those taking part have the opportunity to share insights and experiences, and help shape the future of the industry. The survey results will be used to identify areas of the industry that may be underperforming and to develop strategies for improving the overall health and competitiveness of the sector.

The survey results are used to identify trends and best practices in the industry. This information can be used by you to inform the development of new products or services, marketing strategies and other business practices that could help your business to better meet the needs of customers and stay competitive in the market.
