1,000 Entrants to the 2014 Larking Gowen City of Norwich Half Marathon … so far!
The organisers of the Larking Gowen City of Norwich Half Marathon are pleased to announce that the 1,000th runner has just signed up to take part in the race in November. With the race entries selling out a month early for the last two years due to the demand and a maximum capacity of 3,200 runners, the organisers are today urging those who would like to take part to register to guarantee a place via the event website at cityofnorwichhalfmarathon.com.
EADT Awards Night: Recruitment firm impresses with its all-round excellence
Ipswich-based company Sanctuary Personnel were announced as the winners of the Larking Gowen Medium/Large Business Award at the glittering EADT Business Awards ceremony on Thursday 10 July at Trinity Park. The judges, from the EADT and Larking Gowen chartered accountants corporate team based in Ipswich, were looking for an established business able to demonstrate all-round strength. Robin Shore, Larking Gowen Director of Corporate Tax, presented the award to James Rook and Marc Bradbury of Sanctuary Personnel.

Larking Gowen team conquers the 10 Peaks!
The 10 Peaks Challenge is well known by those in the know. Visiting the summit of 10 of the Lake District's mountains in one day - climbing a total of about 2,500 metres and walking a total of over 26km in the process.
